Chewy Chunky Kit Kat, Snickers Brownies
Ok the base of this recipe is how I make ALL of my brownies most of the time. I just change up the choco bars used or other ingredients within the brownie batter to come up with a million & 1 different creations! I have made chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake brownies, Reese PB brownies, salted caramel twix brownies - & the list goes on!! But the base is ALWAYS The same! I always use 2 boxes of store bought brownie batter. I will use Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines most of the time! For this batch I used 2 boxes of the Betty Crocker chocolate chunk brownie mix.
Ingredients
1 bag snickers bites
5 mini kit Kat bars or 1 bag of Kit Kat bites
2 boxes Betty Crocker brownie mix
2 eggs
2/3 vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
Instructions
Preheat oven as directed on brownie box(I think 375?)
Mix the two boxes of brownie batter with the eggs, oil & water.
Stir in just about the full bag of snickers bites.
Line a 13 x 9 pan with parchment paper. Pour batter onto the parchment paper & spread evenly. Top with broken pieces of Kit Kat bar . (I like to smoosh them into the batter a little bit).
THAT’S IT! Stick it in the oven for about 33-35 mins.
Let cool before cutting. ENJOY.
You will probably try to eat just 1, then it will be 2 & then maybe 3 or 4 - leaving you feeling really sick - so I advise against it, however I do it every time!
