Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls
THE PERFECT QUICK AND EASY FALL SNACK!
Wow these protein balls are one of my favourite little healthy snacks I have ever made. Seriously the perfect healthy fall snack the entire fam can enjoy! They are loaded with healthy fats from almond butter, lots of protein & heart healthy oats. Also - did you know maple syrup is loaded with antioxidants? Every spoonful also offers nutrients like riboflavin, zinc, magnesium, calcium and potassium! one of the many reasons when I bake I opt for more nutrient dense sweeteners like maple syrup or honey! Because they are super sweet but super nutritious too! The pecan on top gives it the perfect amount of crunch!
Ingredients
2 cups quick oats
2 scoops arbonne pumpkin spice protein powder
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
16-20 pecans (depends on how many balls you make)
Recipe
Add the quick oats and protein powder to a bowl. Stir together. Add in the pumpkin puree & mix. Then add the almond butter. Combine with hands. Add in the maple syrup. Combine well with hands. Once well mixed, roll into little balls with hands & top with a pecan each! Refrigerate & enjoy!
