Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls

Ok I am OBSESSED with these pumpkin spice protein balls! And Daniel isn’t a huge fan of pumpkin or pumpkin spice but LOVED them also!! I didn’t get a pic so I took this one off the internet LOL don’t judge me. but he ate them too fast and I haven’t had a chance to make a new batch yet! Dax also LOVED them!! So quick and easy little snack idea for your kids too! Highly recommend making a batch of your own!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pureed unsweetened pumpkin

  • 2 cups large flake oats

  • 1 cup almond butter

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 4 scoops arbonne vanilla protein powder

  • 1 tsp all spice

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut ( can skip this if you don’t like coconut but added nice texture)

Instructions:

  1. In a medium sized bowl combine oats, protein, coconut, all spice and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

  2. Add pumpkin and maple syrup. Stir until well combined. Stir in almond butter(warm up slightly to make it easier to mix if it was in the fridge - mine was out of the cupboard and mixed in easily)

  3. Stir and then begin to make balls in your hand , Makes about 20ish balls! I refrigerated once made & they tasted AMAZING! Were a huge hit !
